If you encounter any issues with the transfer speed not matching the labeled speed, first verify that the PSSD interface is USB 3.2 GEN2 (10Gbps). If the issue persists, it may be due to the surface temperature exceeding the set value, causing the device to be downclocked automatically.

In the event you're unable to format the drive, try replacing the cable and reconnecting the drive. You can also connect the SSD to a different device port or another computer to check if it's recognized. Additionally, check the BIOS settings.
